Punjab Kisaan Relief Package 64 Billion Rs. Budget. Chief Minister Punjab Ms Maryam Nawaz Sharif has provided Punjab Farmer Relief Package to provide special relief to the farmers of Punjab. Many facilities will be provided to the farmers. This is the biggest farmer package in the history of Pakistan. A budget of around 64 billion rupees will allocated for the Punjab Kisan Relief Package. Under this relief will be provided to the farmers on various things. They will be provided with interest-free loans and modern agricultural machinery and tools.
The aim of providing the best facilities to the farmers is to increase the land production in the country. So that the country’s exports increase and the government can move on the development path.

Punjab Kisan Card
The most important part of the Chief Minister’s Punjab relief package is the Punjab Kisan Card. A budget of around 300 billion rupees has been allocated for the Kisan card by the Punjab government. Ms Maryam Nawaz Sharif said that under the Punjab Kisan Card, about five lakh farmers will be provided interest-free and easy loans. Ms. Maryam Nawaz said, the Punjab Kisan Card will be provided only to registered farmers. Farmers who have not registered will not be able to benefit from this card.
It will work like a debit card through which farmers will meet their agriculture-related expenses. The objective of issuing a Kisan Card is to provide the best facilities to small farmers so they can get better quality land production.
Subsidy On Agricultural Implements And Machinery
The Chief Minister of Punjab has also announced to provision of agricultural tools and modern agricultural machinery to the farmers in the farmer relief package. The Punjab government has allocated a budget of about 12 billion rupees to provide the machinery. Better and quality production will be achieved in less time through modern agricultural machinery and tools.
Ms. Maryam Nawaz said that modern agricultural machinery will provided to registered and eligible farmers.

Punjab Green Tractor Scheme
The Government of Punjab has also launched the Punjab Green Tractor Scheme. Under this scheme, farmers of Punjab will given a special discount on the purchase of tractors. Ms Maryam Nawaz said that farmers will given a 50% discount on the purchase of small tractors and a 70% discount on the purchase of large tractors. Only registered and eligible farmers of Punjab will get this discount.
A budget of around 30 has allocated for providing special relief to farmers under the Punjab Tractor Scheme. Ms. Maryam Nawaz said that if the need has felt, its budget will increase.

Solar System For Farmers
Ms. Maryam Nawaz Sharif has also announced to provision of solar systems to farmers under the Punjab Farmer Relief Package. He said that after providing the solar system, the irrigation problems of the farmers will be solved. These solar systems will be provided to the farmers in easy instalments so that they do not have to face any difficulty in paying the instalments.
Farmers will get better land productivity through solar energy. It will help them to get rid of heavy electricity bills.
