During the holy month of Ramazan in Pakistan, the Punjab government has taken an important step for Deserving Families to Receive Rs. 10,000, which aims to provide financial relief to these families. Under the Nigehban Ramazan Relief, the Punjab government will provide Rs 10,000 via Bank Pay Orders to 3 million families, and this amount will be delivered to deserving families through Pakistan Post. This money will reach the Pakistan Post Office through the Bank of Punjab and then it will be delivered to the beneficiaries in the form of 5 lakh pay orders daily. Special Measures for Post Office Staff
For the successful completion of this project, the Director General of the Postal Department Samiullah Khan has issued special instructions. The leaves of all post office staff across Punjab have been banned, and the process of transfers has also been stopped. In addition, work in post offices will start at 8:30 am, and there will be no fixed time for leave. During this project, all holidays of Pakistan Post, including Saturdays and Sundays, have been closed so that the delivery of money to the beneficiaries continues uninterrupted.
Preparations for the Completion of the Project
All the staff of post offices located in Punjab will have to work day and night till the completion of the project. For this purpose, Pakistan Post has completed all the preparations so that there is no disruption in the delivery process. As per the rules, the focal person of the Punjab government will hand over the fully prepared envelopes to Pakistan Post, on which the scanned e-barcodes of the Bank of Punjab will be affixed. These envelopes will be provided on time as per the list of eligible persons, and Proof of Delivery will be obtained for each delivered article to confirm that the money has reached the right person.
