    It was further decided in the meeting that the recovery of loans given to farmers under the first phase of Kissan Card from April 15 to May 15 will be completed. From May 16, interest-free agricultural loans will be provided to farmers for the Kharif crop, for which an amount of Rs 75 billion will be allocated. This will provide financial assistance to farmers for crop preparation, which will help increase their productivity.

    The provincial minister of agriculture also said that during the second phase of the Kisan Card scheme, farmers will be able to purchase diesel with 30% cash and 25% subsidy.
