Assistive Devices for Special Persons

Online Application Procedure
The process of applying for assistive devices has been made very easy and modern. The following documents will be required to submit the application.
- Specially-abled persons or their families can apply from home on the online portal adwc.punjab.gov.pk.
- Must be residing in Punjab
- Identity card or Bay Form of the disabled person.
- A disability certificate is required.
Special Helpline and Guidance Centers
A special helpline 1312 has been launched for quick resolution and guidance of the problems of special persons. The helpline is available day and night and provides complete information to the applicants. Further, Social Welfare Offices are available in respective districts for information and guidance. Here a team of experts is ready to guide the special persons and their families.
